Comments related to Sherri Amirault's trip to Norway February/March 2008, Rebecca Heslop and Darryl Amirault's purchase of 7 Bengal kittens is marked in green. Rebecca Heslop and Darryl Amirault claim they paid over $3.000.00 (2) for 2 of the kittens. The remaining kittens were never paid for. Apparently the kittens were taken through Canada customs as gifts i.e. not for resale. 

Note: Rebecca Heslop was imprudent enough to choose to borrow her 16 year old daughters YouTube account to publicly ridicule Martha, and write insulting and threatening comments directed toward me and others. The daughters YouTube account name is identical to her real name zoeychristina. It is disturbing that Rebecca Heslop, Sherri Amirault and Darryl Amirault would involve a child in this ugly dispute.  Rebecca Heslop is a breeder and member of The Canadian Cat Association, The International Cat Association, The International Bengal Cat Society, The Bengal Cat Connection and member of a local cat club Kool Kats Club http://www.koolkatsclub.com/.

Sherri Amirault's comments below are written using the pseudo-name "mulelover" and "fun4seeker".

This is the first video. It was published two days AFTER the Sherri Amirault had contacted my X in connection with her criminal blackmail.

Yes, it's quite funny how all this dirty laundry is aired only now that this dispute has erupted. Reminds me of how my brother's ex-girlfriend turned into an grade-A bitch when they split several months back. Things cooled down after a while. But then his ex found out that he's met someone else, and has taken to harassing her via instant messaging, social networking sites, trying to spread BS about him, etc.

lironess--I agree, I have been in baclor pads many times before. I was thinking it was going to be messy. But you have no ieda what I saw, what I cleaned. The flith was unbelievable. 5 days to clean one floor and a upstairs bedroom. EXTREM is an understatement. I can't believe poor David had to stay there.
I worked in restoration, cleaning up after fires and floods. I even cleaned a suide that wasn't even half as bad as Richards house.

Once I went to a bachelor's house and I went to put down my coat and I realized that there was NO clean place to put it! The dust and grime was unbelievable. I was also warned to not look in the refrigerator as something in there might drag me in and eat me. Also, my ex in laws had a kitchen floor that you could eat off of, but their shower floor was BLACK with about 1/2 think grime. I know what dirt is, and I know what depression does to people, from personal experience. I would expect it...

Truthfully, physical altercations happen between men and their sons extremely often. Even when the man and the son are both good people, and generally get along well. It's not always an "OH MY GOD CHILD ABUSER! BURN HIM!" scenario. Men are... interesting creatures.

In an email she says she is a “registered breeder”.  Judging from the way the mail is written she apparently registered with TICA and TIBCS. She has consistently criticized Martha for giving up so soon on the “skittish” that cowered in his cage trembling and refused to eat. The reference for TIBCS standards in Canada are pet quality--breeder--breeder/show--and show-the e-boys were only pet quality--due to barring--nothing wrong with that--they were still beautiful pets and sweet boys --very lovely--for the right home--Martha had an issue after less than 48hrs--Wtf?!--no chance for the poor boy to settle in, this is a bengal we are talking about--my daughter loved him and he was a sweetie purr boy every time we saw him

zoeychristina , the source of the animosity has been, throughout this, Sherri. It's a simple matter of reading all of the 200+ comments. Reading the additional insight Richard has on his website further confirms it.

As far as Eros is concerned, he was sold with a signed written agreement stating he could be returned for a full refund. No reason was required, nor was there a time limit. Martha had every legal right to change her mind, even in the first 10 minutes. Sherri refused to honor the agreement.

zoeychristina, once again, according to the SIGNED agreement, Martha had every right to change her mind in MINUTES, for no reason at all. Sherri refused to honor that agreement!

I've lived with cats all my life. I know they hate being moved. I know they sometimes take a while to adapt. IT DOESN'T MATTER! Something didn't click between Martha and Eros. What that "something" was is immaterial. Instead of honoring the agreement and taking him back, Sherri got nasty with her. What's "right" about that?

Ok, have you "seen" a signed agreement- that is not standard--you cannot return a kitten/cat just because it doesn't like you --only for medical reasons--and even then it has to be within 72hrs max and if they have major genetic problems--you can't return a kitten that "doesn't come out to play immediately and doesn't purr right away" OMG!! That never happens!!!!

This personal stuff is disappointing and the matter of not paying Richard is also a big concern.

But I am quite sure Martha was not a suitable person to own Eros. Within less than a day she was complaining about Eros and in less than two days she wanted to get rid of him. All of my cats have taken at least a week to settle, especially when they have just been taken away from their brothers and sisters.

And Sherri had told me 2 months previous to that she was concerned that the kittens were becoming skittish. She has a small apartment and two jobs.
